Codex is a focus timer and personal archive. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what we do not do.
Codex stores your focus sessions, session labels, and cumulative focus minutes locally on your device. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server.
If you choose to subscribe to Codex Unbound, your purchase is processed through Apple's App Store. We use RevenueCat to verify subscription status. RevenueCat may collect anonymised purchase data in accordance with their own privacy policy.
We do not collect your name, email address, location, or any personally identifiable information. We do not track your behaviour within the app. We do not sell data to third parties.

Codex is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
If this policy changes, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
